It was as per usual excellent care and service of the Honda. It was " topped off" with Tom saying earlier, " Bring it back in as I believe there is a noise." I did and then on Wednesday ( a) an unexpected HOME DELIVERY of the Honda and (b) no charge for finding the problem and solving it !! Steve and Stephanie do an exceptional good job " running the front desk" !...Peace and Hope..

I brought my 21-year-old Carolla wagon in for its regular oil change without an appointment. I appreciated that there was a comfy chair and calm space in the small lobby to wait for my car, and was impressed with the speed of service. Before I knew it, I was on my way, with a car that felt much refreshed and fluidifed--even the brakes were functioning better!

The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I only had to wait an hour for my oil change and car checkup as opposed to the dealership which takes up to half a day. Will be coming here from now on.
