Quality work every time

I'm so relieved whenever I bring my two disabled-access vans to Burroughs for servicing. They continue to provide me and others with superb quality service and on time. The small candy treats are a welcomed plus in the waiting room/office which is an outstanding environment. I'm almost 81 years old and I remember only too well "the Good old days," when quality services were the norm. Burroughs brings me all the way back to that time and I will continue to eat the little chocolates. So there.

Was nervous bringing in my car but Steve was very helpful and reassuring. He followed up when he said he would and explained everything to me. Yes it was more expensive than I expected but they did give me a discount because I was referred to them. Having a breakdown is never a good thing but this company made it easier than expected. I would go back again!
