I've gone there for 15 years, even though I moved across the bridge. I made an appointment for an oil change for the RV and had my brother drive 20 miles there. They told them they wouldn't do it because it was raining. I'd say it's sprinkling, but they won't get anymore of my business! They must be making too much money if they turn away repeat business.
We apologize for the mix-up regarding service for your motorhome. The storm that we were experiencing that day would compromise the safety of the technician that would have to get underneath your RV to properly service and smog the vehicle as you requested. Within minutes of scheduling your appointment, we called you to reschedule but there was no answer and we left a voicemail, which you did not return. Upon your brother’s arrival we were able to schedule your service requested with another local shop that has the facility size to service your RV out of weather elements in a safe and timely manner.
