On the day of my appointment, I was given a complete description of the procedure for my car. The first service was a diagnostic to determine why the engine light was on. Nino Mogro, the Service Advisor Technician, discussed the many reasons why the light was on, but the final diagnosis was dependent upon the diagnostic. Prior to working on my car, I was given an itemization of everything that was needed to repair my car. I was well informed on each repair level. I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure that all repairs were checked and rechecked and all codes were verified. I am very glad that I was referred to Burrough & Sons Automotive Inc. Their Service Technicians did an excellent job in resolving the repair issues on my vehicle. I highly recommend Burrough & Sons Automotive for all expert automotive repair needs.
