Nino did work on my car that I did not authorize. Based on his diagnosis he said my A/C would be fixed for approximately $700. Later I learned that WITHOUT MY PERMISSION he had ordered parts and installed them that would run the cost up to about $900. He justified it by saying that he had tried to reach me. But he hadn't reached me and I did not give my permission. That's unethical and I will not be going back there.

Fantastic service all around from making the appointment, communicating progress, and picking up our car earlier than expected. It’s an extra bonus that they are in our neighborhood. Burrough’s did all the service on our previous car until we replaced it. We’ve been using the dealership for the past few years for our new car. Thankfully that’s no longer needed and we’re back to getting our service at Burrough’s.
