Service was exceptional as usual!! Nino ( Service Advisor) hasn’t change a bit when it comes to customer service. He always goes out above and beyond to exceed my expectations. There was a time when he saw my cabin filter still in its packaging, and I told him I was going to change it myself after I am done with my oil change. At the end of the service, he gave me the used cabin filter and said,” I already took care of it so you don’t have do it, it’s on me” That’s what you call “excellence in service” plain and simple. Bravo!!!
