I was able to get the day and time slot I needed for service. My service was completed on time.

I had to get a smog check to renew my car registration and the car failed to pass. I was told since I changed batteries the information on the car computer was wiped out and I had to drive the car to add new information into the computer system showing my car was running properly. I did that for over 500 miles and the car still wouldn't pass one test. I spend days driving to try to get my computer system back into passing mode. I just gave up and decided it was wise to just let a mechanic check out the car. I brought the car to Burrough & Sons and they had my car system up and running and passing the smog test. in a few hours. I could have saved myself hours of driving and of course the cost of gas if I had just taken in soon. The charge was reasonable and glad to pay it.
