Service at Burrough and Sons is an absolute 10 every time! The young woman working at the front desk is always so polite, personable, and never stops smiling. The prices at this shop are fair and the mechanics always go above and beyond when servicing my car. When I leave my car at their shop I know I am leaving it in good hands.

I have a 1987 Nissian, 2x4 truck that I love, I took it to Burrough and Sons for some work on my car, they did not make the part I needed anymore, however they went above the call of duty, and made the part for me. I could not be believe that they went that far. The second time I needed work, a drive shaft , thermostat and other parts. And with the same amount of service, they repaired my car again with the same attentiveness as before. As a woman, usually a repair shop will see prey and gouge the bill. Burrough and Sons, went through every detail and step with me explaining everything. As far as rating, I would rate them at 1000%, I would even go as far to recommend them to my worst enemy LOL.

All that one can ask for from an auto shop is an honest deal, quality workmanship and someone who has your best interest in mind. Tom will have that honest conversation with you about what needs to be repaired. He does not just change parts or repair something that does not need to be repaired. More importantly, he stands behind his work. He recently did some front end suspension system work replacing struts and shocks. I began to have a problem a year later and took my SUV back. The parts were just out of warrantee, which seems to always happen with auto parts" warrantees. Tom honored the warrantee anyway and made the repairs. When thanking him, Tom's comment was "It's the right thing to do."

Needed smog. Needed "Star Certification" No problem. Been going there for years now and have never been disappointed. Friendly, professional reception and Tom says hello. $50. Done. Go there. Get stuff done.

I have dealt with Tom since 2002. I have always been taken care of ,and amazed at the breadth of work his guys are capable of. One day,while dropping off my rotors for turning I noticed one of the mechanics doing a floor repair in a 70's Ford pickup. He had painstakingly fabricated small curved and "shaped to fit "metal pieces and was welding them into the crevices they belong. I was amazed to see this not at a body shop ! I highly recommend these guys for ALL of your automotive needs. Honestly submitted....no b.s.

Was recommended by firestone to this place for a diagnostic test and some wiring because firestone didn't have a right tech, so I went to meet Ricardo he got me an appt to bring it in the guy is real cool, so when I brought my car in I explained everything to him he took the keys and gave it to jacob and he went to work I come back maybe 1hour they found everything that was wrong pull up parts, gave me different options, so I end up fixing everything then my check engin lifht went off for 2days came right back on I called Ricardo and he gave me advice and If It didnt work come in, nothing work so I came in and we really brain stormed to see what we can do he took time out his busy schedule to help me with my problem, long story short it was my catalyst converter and before I even bought it he checked around for me for it come to find out I got federal emission so that's dealer ship and they wanted $1135.99 so I was upset with a headache but once again Ricardo had my back making calls for me so basically I found a place online and he told me to wait before I buy it so we can make sure it work, so jacob also one of the coolest guy took time out of his busy schedule to call three different places(took 2days) just to make sure I can use it. After that when he got the part number Ricardo found a local place that had the same part # as the one online not only did I get my part quicker because of him I also got it for a lil less then $200 and didn't have to wait for it to be shipped. these guys went over and beyond there job I been dealing with this situation for a month and with out these guys help I would of been spending a lot of money, and having a lot of headaches, even tom helped out I don't like shops, but this shop is the only shop I would recommend to anybody because they actually care about their customers and making sure that their car is running fine I can't thank them enough especially Ricardo and jacob who have busy schedules, a lot of customers etc still was able to help me and finish their work, I only had 1 appointment and the rest were un announced drop ins or drop ins that they knew and they still helped. And after all that my car is running real good no more problems + jacob did smog for me. There's more I can say but just read this review everyone and check them out you will not be disappointed and they give you good prices on everything they are a customer first business love it P.s. If you dont know about this shop I hope you do now I recommend everyone to go best service ever and I will continue to go thank you BOURROUGH'S AND SON'S FOR EVERYTHING

Just got my car back and it rides like a brand new automobile. I have taken my car to other shops and to be honest you get what you pay for. The repairs that have been done to my car have not been inexpensive but they were necessary and done right the first time. Love the office team and the way everything is explained to me. It's a great place to take you car for quality service.

My husband took his truck to 4 different places to get his air conditioner fixed, and nobody could find the leak! Until, we took the truck to Burrough and Sons. Finally, the AC is blowing cold! We, thank you Tom, for a job well done! It's nice to know where to go when you need someone you can trust! We will definitely do business with you again!!
